It’s funny - I’ve had a hand in so much music in my 41+ years, much as collabs or producing/recording other people’s work but my own output is not at all representative of the time and effort invested!

Now for a new approach. I am going to release a full album of my own material this year with no compromises. It’ll be good bedfellows this tune I made a long while ago which got some of the nicest feedback from people I respect.

I consider my last few albums to be my best work, theyve done alright i suppose. But eclipsed by this stupid video I did, 14,000 views.

İ did this track 4 years ago watching lots of ned rush and i used maybe 4 tracks on Ableton. İ cant find the file and i cant rememler i how i did it but i wish i did more. İts my best played track.

My most popular tune by a long shot gets about twice as many plays or more than the #2 (both on soundcloud) on a monthly basis (yes I keep track :/) and is now around 5.5k plays. It’s four years old, nearing five, and I do think it’s among my best ones so it does make sense.

Kinda interesting still how much of a gap there is between it and the rest, and in particular everything recently uploaded.

I haven’t made a penny on my music nor should I! That said I looked at my most listened to songs on BC and the top (Click) landed at 58 complete listens. Man that’s pathetic!! Rightfully so I guess, I mean it’s just a uke, metronome and the SP-404SX!
