Just listened to R Plus Seven on NPR, it’s a much smoother ride, over all.
I discovered Oneohtrix Point Never quite late, when the afore-mentioned mind-blowing occured on my first listen of Sleep Dealer, and I was so pleasantly surprised by his range when I listened through the back-catalogue, good stuff.

LFO ‘Frequencies’ (album)
I think it would be fun to do a cover or remix of a song on this album (‘Frequencies’). The style is simple enough, and it would be a great way to learn my machines more. And LFO is one of my all time favorite “bands”.

Probably one of the most unknown and talented hip-hop producers working today- and he’s both French and Chinese! Since the band Tool is too lame to put their albums up on Spotify, I had to go buy their CDs at a brick and mortar store - so 2001. Anywayz, Undertow and Aenima are amazing albums that I’m getting some mileage out of at the gym and on my way to work at the moment.
I also listen to Carl Cox’s Global Radio Show every week. Powerful stuff!
