ive been revisiting this album lately, still a gem to me. it’s almost a journey album, crosses a few genres, mainly breaks, but just so expansive, so musical. i kinda miss music like this. it’s really accomplished. came out in 1999. you just have to think sometimes, all the tech we have these days, and still, we shy away from complicated electronic music. much edm these days is so synchopated and sort of glass sheet slab sized wall of noise stuff. maybe its the obsession with the minor chord over major scales? or maybe thats just me. still. Art of Noise, The Seduction of Claude Debussey. It’s one of the first electronic music albums I ever heard
