Oh my god yes. That and “Sugar” (see above), two best songs on the album. That jet-turbine guitar is spectacular.

well, to be honest i’ve had the entire album stuck in my head since i got it. 
LOL - I used this exact phrase with my husband yesterday! Especially on Star Roving! RAWR!!
ME: “It’s a melodic jet turbine!” 
Him: “Yes, hon” 
Whereas MBV was like enveloping flesh, Slowdive blasted shit apart.
“Sugar” was actually the first song my partner ever experienced me listening to on repeat for days.

I can relate.

That Joel Vandroogenbroeck track is pretty fun; haven’t heard his stuff outside Brainticket at all. Nice.
