I’m about to go down the Teletype rabbit hole and upon trying to acquire Attowatts midi2i2c module I started listening to their album Scripts and it’s fucking mind blowing.
What a lush canvas of sounds!

Be careful though, you might never get out of this, a dangerous game.

This song has been my ear worm killer for years. A kind of mantra to avoid other songs to take the control of my mind.

Here’s a live take by Rrose
A Sun Ra set from 84 on a massive pipe organ. Only ten minutes in but it’s a remarkable recording so far.
Just found out about sideproject.
Really cool, but at the same time I’m never sure how I feel with this stuff when my first thought is -
“Oh strong Autechre vibes, absolutely sick!”
and then ten minutes later my second thought is -
“Hmm, they do sound a lot like Autechre…”
Generally I’m already wary that they may not be on my rotation for long if they sound too much like one particularly ideosyncratic artist, and I hate being that guy who’s just like “nah they just sound like so and so…”
… so basically for the moment, these guys are sick, and they are giving me strong Autechre vibes!
An interesting ‘deep’ electronic DJ mix
I don’t normally listen to soul (except when I’m sampling for beats), but this came across my feed and it just oozes soul.
I’m a huge Cory Wong fan, and the first track off his new album hits all the notes just right. Super funky, and the addition of the Metropole Orkest adds the special string touch.
@PineappleDave Wong that album art is great too.
I watched the movie Space Is the Place a few months ago. Really interesting experimental stuff they did.
