Love this album by Vegyn, really interesting use of AI
Was listening to Marketplace on NPR yesterday (Dec 7) and they spoke with Patchwerks… didnt realize they were having such a rough time:
(Dec 7 episode, about a minute in)
Still one of the best LFO tracks.
Some absolute bangers on here.
Delia gets a lot of deserved hype, but Elizabeth needs more recognition.

Saw them perform when the album was out. They were drunk af and the whole show was an absolute nonsense but was very funny.
You could see they were on a crash trajectory though. But enjoying it before the train reach them in the tunnel.
Surprised they still get some albums done.
I think I’ve found a quite a rare song. Has only 422 listens on spotify.
Kinda squarepush-y which is instant like-y
Tight
And had a blast at Rennes’ Transmusicales with Thumpasaurus! think a funk band playing Primus meets Zappa meets Mr. Bungle. Crazy show.
No intention of self promotion, just sharing some music.
Wrapping up 2023 Electronix vinyl releases with a “mixtape”.
Full tracks from: Rave Angst, Gacha Bakradze, Aphex Twin, Alberta Balsam, YS, Cignol, Conforce, DJ Lifegoals, Kessler, Somatic Responses, MPU101, Minor Science.
(It’s on repeat for the 2nd day in a row now…)
I keep listening to this track this month.
I’ve kind of gone down this fun rabbit hole of weirdly animated Japanese music and having a pretty good time.
Another example I like a lot:
One more goofy-ass one from Policeman:
James Acaster with Quelle Chris, Deerhoof and other crazy people.
With love.
Another session from the Actress residency on NTS:
This time is a little different as it was recorded at a gig I attended at Studio 9294 in Hackney Wick on the evening before. It’s been edited a bit but still good
This is absolutely monstrous IDM-ish and used to get absolutely caned at sessions back in the day
