So this problem has reocurred on the new products octatrack and a4 mk2 I had received both items and on a couple of the buttons they make a weird mouse click sound anybody else have that? It sounds like a spring clicking! Going to most likely return the a4 considering it took 3 octatracks to get it right… if anyone else has this issue feel free to post on here I haven’t found anyone else with the problem so I decided to post about it and see if anyone else has dealt with this!?
This was reported with the DT, and I believe it’s a case of things taking a while to settle. Check the DT bugs thread for more info.

I have the issue myself on the AK. Happens on the Function button only.
What did you do in the end?
Just press it a few k times as mentioned. Normal useage, adter a few weeks it’s settled. If not, file a ticket.

It never fixed it self for me so I asked them to fix it! And they just sent me a new one for whatever reason! I highly recommend messaging support if the issue stays!

Thanks, I’ve just raised a support ticket. I don’t think it’s a matter of bedding down or waiting for the button to settle as I bought it last October!
