Yes, you are probably not the only one waiting for a response… Yes it sucks ass if your machine breaks down and you get no help… but seeing the way you go about this… the picture you paint of yourself doesn’t look pretty…

Not a chance - they were super responsive when I contacted them about an issue that we both knew was my fault - my cat chewed off my knobs - and they were pro-active as can be!.

Sounds like you had a bad time but for the record, they were fast, responsive and reasonable when I had an issue with the faceplate paint chipping on my A4.
Sent me a pre-paid label to ship it back to them via DHL, and replaced the faceplate.
reading your post I can tell youve left a lot out. So is it under warranty?

Take a break so your not emotional and then find someone to fix your problem. Which you havent mentioned so Im gonna guess its your fault?
No- Its not under warranty and i did not ask for free repair either.
I need repair, i am a producer, not some techno kid playing around with stupid loops, and i am stuck in a middle of a project.

This is NOT the way a serious company works. If its a toy company, please charge accordingly for your “toys” and dont make a pro user assume he is using a pro piece of gear!

Oh man I understand your under pressure. Drop the “im a producer” bullshit. So am I. So are probably all the other people IN FRONT OF YOU who have waited for a repair.
They suggested an electrician to me to and guess what. It fixed my problem - I did it locally and turn around time was 24 hours.
With all the time youve wasted here you could have found yourself a repairer.
Eleketrons reply was really honest - theyre super busy and its the holidays. That, my friend, is called life. get over it
