VERY impressed with Elektron's Customer Support

I realise I also have a thread from a few months back with the opposite title (and some valid concerns re: their support), but today they totally demonstrated their utter awesomeness. So much so that I wanted to celebrate that.

I recently contacted them enquiring if they had any SFX6 joysticks in stock as mine (on a second hand SFX6 from eBay) was busted. They replied saying that they’d unearthed some spare parts and if I was happy to perform the upgrade myself then they would send one out to me.

Today, they confirmed they posted it. All for the price of free. Wow. Totally blown away by this experience.

Great stuff Elektron. Really happy customer.

Elektron support have always done the right thing by me over the years.

Recently a bit slow, but the end result was more than satisfactory … above and beyond the call of duty (and other cliches).

Recently bought a brand new Ocatrack locally and came home to see them offering the SiD Station soundpack for free but only if you order direct. I got in touch and after proving my proof of purchase, they sent me the SiD pack - quite a nice welcome to the Elektron family!
