I worked out some reverse eq curves for the UW sample engine. The UW adds some EQ to samples before they are played, most notably in the high end, and that’s partly why they can sound flat.

I suppose you could also apply pre eq boosts to your samples before transferring to the MD and it would have a similar effect.
