I am using macbook pro 16” m1. I bought that hub because it has native usb C hub despite overhub
so far, I tested it and confirmed that the ar and digitone receiveing midi and audio over usb working with overbridge. What I want to ask is, although I get channel-by-channel sound, do I need to buy a powered hub for better sound quality? I don’t know if the wiwu hub I’m using supports mmt, is this a problem?. Since it’s usb C hub and macbook has thunderbolt can i think it sucks enough power and everything works fine ? By the way, for those who might want to buy this product, I should point out that the hub gets quite hot.
