Exactly. I don’t really know why so many OT videos seem to have such a limited style of music (that’s totally subjective of course). This video you posted is a nice exception. Playing with constantly shifting recorder and playback trigs seems to have enormous potential for ambient/soundscape type stuff. Look at @defenestration 's video for inspiration:
