I played around with the tape a bit and think it will be really useful for me cause I like the sound of small loops with changing loop position in the sample/tape buffer. It‘s great that you can perform this and record it in the sequencer. And it‘s really cool that you can select which tracks will be affected or not.
But i didn‘t use it as performance effect in the jams yet.
Didn‘t get tired of the punch in effects so far, they are really fun
