Typhon Sync

I have and am still having a frustrating time trying to connect my Digitakt with avthe Dreadbox Typhon synth.
Does anyone else have these two successfully sync’d [ midi & audio ]?
Could someone point me to a step by step guide because the manuals don’t seem to
be helping much.
Also, I’m trying to use headphones and skip the external amplifier.

For the MIDI part:
Set the DT as the master clock, and enable external midi clock in Typhon settings. Set the midi channel you want to use in the Typhon settings, and use that same channel in one of the 8 MIDI channel of the DT. Connect DT MIDI out to Typhon MIDI in.

For the audio part:
Connect Typhon audio outs to DT audio in, and set appropriate level in the mix menu of the DT. Connect your headphones to DT.

Note that this way Typhon’s arpeggiator will only play when the DT is playing.

That works for me re Sync. However the Typhon is not playing notes in response to the DT sequencer.

Replying to myself here…Settings/Midi Config/Port Config/Trig Key destination…set as desired

On the DT MIDI Track, did you set a MIDI Channel on the SRC page?

It was “set trig key destination”

That’s odd, I can play a chromatic part on the DT. But it does not play back what I played

Sussed that, NOT2 NOT3 & NOT 4 need set to 0!
