Thanks for the advise. Unfortunately, it does affect input through the mixer. That’s how I’m using it right now, the Tempest jams directly into the Octatrack’s inputs, so I’m essentially using it as a mini mixer for the Tempest and whatever else I’m gonna put in there (thinking about a Volca Sample), and then there’s the internal tracks for the Octatrack where I put loops from other sources.
Thing is, that which is coming from the Tempest doesn’t respond so well to the Octatrack’s master fx. It sounds good, but it’s better if the Octatrack could just leave it alone
