Turn of Digi boxes using a power bar?

Is there any downside to turning off the Digis using a powerbar, while keeping their individual switches on? Does it still save the state?

i do this for quite some time now, works fine.

good habit to turn on the equipment in the right order, some devices make output loud noise when turning on. The digis don’t seem to, others(blofeld for instance) do.

turn on routine: sound sources ⤑ mixer/soundcard(depends on what you use and how it’s wired) ⤑ monitor speakers.
the other way around when turning things off.
