Turbo MIDI with AR, A4 and Digitakt

When I want to turn on Turbo MIDI, I have to use 2 MIDI cables, connect the first machines OUT to the second machines IN, and vice versa.

But what about a third machine? First or seconds THRU to the IN of the third, but the INs of both are already taken. So what to do?
