Not sure if there are tons of other posts that address this but I recently broke out my octatrack mk1 for the first time in years to test if I could use it for backing tracks for an upcoming tour. I would love to load each song into a static machine slot and then trigger them using slot mode. I found that when I play the songs back they are slower and pitched down. I have checked that the files 24 bit and the settings are matched accordingly. I have also turned off time stretch setting from the playback menu and from the file editor page. After a good amount of time, I found that if I adjust the pitch up +1.2% it plays at the correct pitch and speed. Is there anything I might be missing as to why this is happening?
Are the samples 48khz? Octa needs 44.1khz.
