Trouble receiving Sysex files on the a4 mk1

Im able to receive updates for
the firmware, but I’m unable to receive the sound banks I’ve purchased. I’m running through sysex librarian, (using midi ports).

Have you tried Elektron Transfer?

yes, it doesn’t connect
