I wanted to play a bit with my Syntakt, I plugged it and saw OS 1.21. I checked the last firmware is 1.30b. So I installed transfer, connected the Syntakt with USB cable, run Transfer, and nothing. No midi port available.
I checked differents cables, still no midi connection.
Installed Overbridge, rebooted the PC (windows 11) and still nothing pop up.
How I can update the firmware ? Overbridge engine seem to see the syntakt but Transfer not… any clue ?
Ok, I found the problem. In the setup menu / System / USB Config the “Overbridge” option was checked. I checked USB AUDIO/MIDI and the Syntakt displayed in Transfer. I made the update then, everything worked fine.
