Hi. I just got my Monomachine the other day, I dont really get how to transfer the free sound packs I downloaded.
I know all about c6 and transferring files, but what about snapshots and all that on the Monomachine?
Are the sound packs global or do I need to create a new snapshot for each sound pack, like in Analog Rytm when you upload a sound pack it creates a new Project?
I dont really get it and I think the manual does not explain it clearly.
Please help.
If you download the immortal waves soundpack on elektrons website there are step by step instructions on how to do this. If you have a +drive I would just create a new snapshot for each pack and rename it. It makes it much easier to separate things and make sure you don’t overwrite waveforms. Just remember to save a snapshot before you change to a new one other wise you will lose everything in the snapshot! Saving and uploading stuff in the monomachine isn’t really intuitive at first but after you do it a few times it becomes second nature just like anything else. Hope this was helpful!
