Ok so I have my Monomachine running Into cd and track 5 thru machine but despite muting 5 I can still hear a quieter version in track 6? It’s not the cue cos I checked that. I changed track 6 to a static . The mixer isn’t on. I only get silence when I mute track 6. Very weird and very annoying? Could it be because in bank A track 6 is a neighbour? I’m currently in bank B. Any advice?
Ok I fixed it… I changed track six to a thru, put a trig down then removed it and bam gone. I guess it was a bug regarding the tail if bank A? I mean I double tapped stop plenty of times but it just kept coming back until I did the above thing.
something to do with Start Silent track menu option?
Not really sure…but it could be
Not sure, the volume was significantly lower hence thinking it was bleed. Was very strange.
What happens on first step for T6 on that pattern on Bank B ?
And what is T6 on this Part? Still a Neighbor?
Otherwise, keep a shorter REL time in the Amp page for T6.
This should let the bleeding fading out at least in 1 bar…
T6 bank A was a neighbour. I started a new track on bank B on d ifferent day. Set up T1 as thru (always thru in my set up) and T5 (again always thru in my set up). T6 in bank B was an empty static. Untouched and unchanged. The OT had been stopped and started many times but the sound was laying on T6 only until I changed T6 to a thru added a trig and then removed the trig and hit stop twice. Before that I ad made T6 a flex and a neighbour to see if changing it did anything.

Weeeird indeed!!
But i believe this deals with a confirmed behavior that, when switching Parts, if a Track will not be (re)triggered, then it will keep settings from the previous Part.
So switching Bank, or witching Part would lead to the same situation.
I experienced similar situation when experimenting with sequenced fx on full songs loaded on Static. What happened was that the Scenes from the selected Part would’nt load because no trigs on the Static track…here is quite the same…
but it’s something i can’t really control for this particular situation…I mean: i replicated your very same issue, but not anymore (!!),don’t know why…but now switching keeps the exact same volume from the previous Part, not anymore a low level bleeding.
Furthermore i discovered somthing reeeeally annoying (I hope someone from HQ will take a look here…otherwise…SupportTicket =))
So…to workaround Nedavine’s issue I decided to set the T5 Static on the new Pattern(+Part) to Start Silent.
So when the switching happens I expect that the bleeding would stop…what happened so?..
…This
!!! [lower the volume of your listening stystem, please…risk of eardrum piercing] !!!

Looking at the waveform looks like it gets a sort of strong DC noise…
And this noise happens only when Silencing a Thru,i tried starting with a Static as source of the first Part and, when switching to new Pattern(+Part), the Start Silent action works correctly.
Coming back to Thru…The only way to shut-up the Thru going to an untriggered Track doesn’t work with Start Silent action (as you have heard), but only if i set a shorter HOLD and REL…also i find better to say NO on Start Silent for next selected pattern, because even if you set shorter HOLD/REL that noise will stay as long as the Envelope lasts…
Who knows more?
EDIT
Another strange thing: switching back to Part with the T5 Thru will keep also the values set on the other Part with T5 Static…even if the Thru track gets triggered !!! And…these happens even if coming back to a Static too…
Going deeper: let’s say i have 2 patterns (A-B) each with a different part (A-B).
Let’s say i have just one active track…T1 Static loaded with a loop (and Loop mode on),
Identical track in both parts, except the Filter settings on Part B (say, BASE@64 - RES@90).
I have on Pattern A one trig on first step. Nothing on Pattern B.
Switching from A to B results in no changes in the sound (that keeps playing because the loop on) even if i have different filter setting. Since i didn’t triggered the track, looks like the parameters are retained from the previous Part even if what is shown doesn’t follows (because it’s got displayed the actual loaded Part).
If i make some modfications to the filter settings, then the sound jumps immediately to that value (from flat, immediately to BASE @64 and RES@90).
Going back to Pattern A will keep those last setting…and Part reload won’t work because i changed parameters on Part B…not on Part A!
So i have to make a small modification on whatever then reload and all revert correctly.
But i find this quite dangerous…even if it could be avoided with some more programming.
