from the leaked image it follows that those are multi-function buttons, their exact role changes depending on the page youāre in and is indicated on screen
but seems like itās not finalised yet, as that image showed the on-screen legend not using the full screen width and hence not aligned with the buttons themselves. circle and octahedron are too similar too, and thereās also a double-coding to them, as designers used both geometric forms and colours (if, again, weāre to take that leaked picture seriously at all). makes sense just to use colours and make them bold. and yet Torso decided to render the final images in b/w, even the screen. and talk about RGB buttons )
Iām sure they will figure it all out, itās not that difficult. but the fact that such simple details are still not clear to them makes me feel theyāre not even half way through the developmentā¦

Thatās not what their T&C say. It just says something to the effect of if you repeatedly order and cancel, they reserve the right not to accept the order. But as far as I can tell (and I did look because I was curious as well) you can cancel.
Just adding Iām not a lawyer or pretending to be, and this is just my interpretation of what I read and I could be wrong, so take this with a grain of salt.

Word. I wonder if someoneās thinking the Hologram Chroma Console that says no cancellations (which is also once processed which is 24 hours before shipment). I pre-ordered this almost immediately and am eagerly awaiting more info.

there are no demos

Unfortunatly not. According to Torso on Discord there will be no demos/videos or what so ever in nearer future.
All theyāve said is they wonāt make demos by Nov. 30, as if thatās some sort of internet mob rule deadline.
I thought they said quite the contrary, they hope to have some vids in āthe coming weeksā

I guess it depends on how you define ānearer futureā. What I actually was trying to state is, there will be no demos/videos by November 30th and there was no clear timeline mentioned from Torso. So it could be anything between now an sometime in the future. This might not be satisfying but for now reality.
Well, I ended up caving in and preordering this thing. Iāve never put so much money down for something that seemingly only exists on paper, but I had recently sold some gear and the money that I made is almost exactly the cost of the S-4 (with discount) If that isnāt a sign that I should have blind faith, then I donāt know what is! Jk.
Btw, I preordered the S-4 through Perfect Circuit and their current discount code worked. It might be something to consider for those who want the Torso discount (which expires today) but are waiting to see some videos of the workflow before making a decision. Hopefully you could still get a discount from Perfect Circuit in the future?
