You can’t change the order. But on the track screen you can send the track’s output to other tracks input. Even to it’s own input (feedback!). So you could change the order of things by using multiple tracks with sends.
News about new firmware ?
In april?
Yes, confirmed, April 1st.
Ok,Thanks!
In your opinion guys , the news in the firmware will bring big news or the large power of this device is already under our eyes?Sorry for my bad english
Big power in the sense of the main features…
They will finish the device addressing the coming soon buttons. And then I hope there will be more updates in the future because it is a machine with a huge potential. I’m very happy they will ad bit reduction.
Ciao Mauro, you can follow the development of the S4 on Torso discord directly, link here
And, sorry to point that out, but if you wish to add sentences to a post already made you can edit it, just to avoid making threads looking like a WhatsApp chat with lots of subsequent post from the same user.
Thanks
I just saw it and I’m sold.
But in the comments I read people were waiting for it to be finished before buying it.
What is missing ?
Is it buggy ?
Mine it’s not buggy. I saved and loaded a couple of projects and everything seems to work ok. There are coming soon features but they are almost finish the machine. Incredible sound and revolutionary concept. I love it. And it will be better with the 2.0 update.
I suppose we’re not supposed to talk about beta 2.0, but from my experience, I can at least say that I’m now very hopeful for the future of the S-4
It varies I guess. I use it lightly and quite sporadically, no complex sends and routing, and for me it works fine on the latest firmware, no crashes. But apparently there are some issues with saving and reloading projects when moving to another firmware version for some people. The Torso Discord channel has additional info on bug reports. In itself I think that thing has real potential. They were releasing the firmware a bit early in the process, and not all functions and buttons are…well…functional yet. Perform, Temp, and Scene do not do anything yet. But I really like what it can do, and they’re working on the software in the background towards 2.0, with all buttons operational.
Just a quick update that the latest Beta is out now and its a huge leap in the right direction.
Thanks ! Will try it tomorrow
Ordered !
Just curious: can the microFreak be powered through the usb from the Torso S-4? And does the midi (notes) than also works? If so, it would make a nice compact combo i think.
I don’t think so but worth trying
The one’s for Record worked here, but needed double tap( i think it is my shity controller, Novation launchcontrol)
