Töörö Polyphonic Synth Module

The 2 voices outputs 1/2 and 3/4 of the Töörö are 3.5mm outputs. You are talking about 1/8.

Eighth inch(1/8”) is a U.S. name for the 3.5mm connector. So I just meant 3.5mm TRS.

I am not aware of any soundpack been created for the Töörö. Can anybody confirm?

I did my research already. You are linking to a sample pack.
I am referring to custom patches that can be sent to the device. There’s a github with the factory patches and a couple more sounds, but I think that’s it.
If you’ve found something else I’d be happy to know.

Glad to see a little activity on this great synth. I don’t know if it is explicitly stated anywhere, but it also supports polyphonic aftertouch when using AT as a mod source or for the “hard wired” modulations. That was a nice surprise.

In the manual I guess…

And I think I read it here :
https://www.perfectcircuit.com/freds-lab-tooro.html#:~:text=At%2070x120mm%20(~2.75x4.

Or in release notes.

Good to remind it anyway !

I hope Tooro will suits my needs !
I had A4, Tetra, Minifreak, Pro 800, thought about Peak…

I’ve had all of those except for the Pro 800. IMO it has the best filter of all of that group with just enough modulation/complexity to keep it interesting. Definitely is a “character” synth which is what I’m always looking for.

In terms of form factor/price, the micromonsta 2 is probably the closet comp. The MM2 sounds great and it is more versatile as a do it all synth but the Tooro really do have a unique sound. Your enjoyment will probably come down to how you feel about programming on a matrix.

Good to have such positive appreciation !
MS 10 like filter from I read ?

I have MM2, my favorite VA (with Hydrasynth.)
They should pair perfectly, Yin Yang spirit !

I took the red pill.
At least there is one matrix !

The most important for me is filters.

I really enjoyed the Tooro…might have to get one of these V2.

That’s exciting… the original was an excellent-sounding synth, somewhat hampered by it’s tiny interface.

Sounds like it might be possible to replace the main board in the Tooro mk1 to make it a mk2. That would be very tempting.

I didn’t gel with V1 sounds…Not fond of 12 bit and zipper noise…
Keeping an eye on V2 though…I like the concept and form factor…
