I find the digitakt 2 is very slow to load, is it even slower than that? It can take a couple of minutes sometimes!
more or less the same, but using disk mode on tonverk is way more fast than the damn transfert app

OK never mind, my own 128 GB 95mb/s SD Card was just not working properly. Switched back to the 64GB the TV came with and even with 40 GB of samples, everything shows up immediately after booting.

Wow! No spinning thingy in the upper right corner when loading up the first time?
So are retrigs basically unusable currently? Whether I‘m trying to lock them to certain steps or just a whole track, they’re acting weird unless I choose a super fast rate. Or just nothing happens. Have only tried it on sub tracks but the broken behavior is consistent between projects, presets, tracks.
Edit: Okay, I think they just work a bit differently than on other Elektrons. The trig note length now seems to cut off retrigs, which I‘m quite sure isn’t the case on other Elektrons. Or at least something about retrigs is different and thus feels broken to me.

I mean for like 15 seconds max but not what i expected with an almost full SD Card.
I must run some experiments, maybe this weekend. My IT-level understanding of what’s going on implies that it’s the numbers of files that are causing the issue, not how many GB of files. I expect to see 1GB of large files “loading” quicker than 1GB of small files, since the Tonverk is not loading the whole files in to memory at startup. It’s compiling a list of files to present to you when you open e.g. Samples.
Do I have to activate something somewhere to see FX LFO? The manual says it’s sub page 4 and 5 of the mod section. However, when I press mod, I can only go down three pages. When I’m on mod envelope and press mod again, I’m back on page 1 (voice LFO).
what track are you on? only tracks 1-8 (the audio tracks) have 5 mod pages
on the buses, sends & mix tracks the lfo’s in the mod section are fx lfo’s.

Thanks. I could have sworn I was on track 7 when I tried to go there today. I restarted the project and checked on track 1-8 and now the page was there. So I guess I must have been on a bus or send, although I could swear I didn’t do anything with these today.

Anybody else ever wonder why we are able to place regular trigs (red LEDs) on the Supertrack sequencer?
In this case, aren’t triggless trigs and regular trigs the same?
I’m finding it annoying that when I want to remove a triggless trig, I have to also remove a regular trig.
This could be legacy trauma from before the Sub/Supertrack bugs were fixed, but I always worry that I am removing Subtrack trigs when removing the regular trig from my Supertrack.
I’m also unclear on use cases after using them early and just noping out.
I guess you can plock fx send amounts there?
Would like to hear more uses too!
Yeah, that’s the only thing I use them for; but I don’t use red trigs, only yellow.
If I put samples on it and they’re buried within folders will it impact loading times? Even better is there some sort of magical program that can help sort/group these samples?

I am trying to assign on TV track levels 1 to 7 (cc 70 to 77) from the mix page to an oxi e16 midi controller with oxi app and it does not work. I read on the manual (cc 70 to 77) also controls filter parameters, and this filter parameters mapping works, sending them to midi channels 1 to 7 respectively.
Then I type cc 70 to 77 but now sending them to midi track 16 (which i guess is the one to send to for the mix track levels) and it does not work.
Do someone know how to resolve this issue please?
I found this post from sept 2025 that says:
At this moment it seems like the midi interface for the Mix channel is not yet implemented.
so i don´t know how to make it work.

Try using CC95 on the MIDI channel of each track. It worked for me.
