When chord mode is on, it also makes the subtracks do chords on the keyboard. (so if I trigger a kick, it also triggers a tom and a hihat). Is there a way to make the subtracks behave monophonic when chord mode is on?
No apparently.

Odd, isn’t it? Because single player tracks can be set to monophonic. Anyway, I’ll make a request.
Wouldn’t the easiest solution be to just not be in chord mode? Every subtrack is monophonic when chord mode is set to off. With chord mode on, it can be useful to trigger multiple subtracks for layering samples when resampling for example.
Yeah, I would rather have the chord mode on/off per track and not global. But a fix for this would be qol, there are plenty of workarounds.
This is actually the best tip in the whole forum. Thank you, saved me 60 bucks and works great to put the device on when you are playing it on a table.
Man I love you. Can’t wait to Autechre the hell out of my drum loops.
But how does it look covered with stickers?
Auto Sampling for Subtracks
- Record 8 notes with Auto Sampler
- Load the recording sample in all subtracks (Func + Subtrack, Auto Sampled folder)
- Set start / end points for each
Possible to record much more notes.
Possible to save empty subtracks presets with start / end values.
I’m slightly confused about how this is working. What did you do to set the autosampler output to automatically load to the subtracks?
No, you use the same MultiSample file to feed the 8 subtrack, and just adjust start/end.
I don’t understand how are you feeding it a multisample file?
Press Func + Subtrack.
Load target sample in Auto Sampled folder.
