There’s this client I work with that incessantly uses the term “fortnightly.” She says this word so many times, it has become absurd to me and my coworkers. I’m going to do the same thing with “off-piste” as a joke

I’m gonna do the same with parameter slides.

I thought that’s what a forum is for. To discuss, exchange ideas, just putting it out there. Sometimes it’s outlandish, most often is pure nonsense and speculation. But, that’s why we have a forum. What’s worse? A dead forum with no conversations or discussions? What’s the point then?

The only thing I wish when we have such open discussions is that participants treat each other with respect, and agree to disagree. I agree with you if people don’t like what’s going on in a thread, leave that thread. And start another thread and decide how one wants to direct that conversation.

A different kind of meter? Like a foot? Is a parameter actually just 2.5 feet?
Does that mean an Octatrack scene can be measured up to a mile long?
Suddenly parameter slide sounds a lot more fun! A slide that’s a mile long?
