I’m gonna do the same with parameter slides.
Man, I wish I could talk to coworkers and clients about PARAMETER SLIDES. I’d surely inform them of the dire situation.
Maybe you should.
Share the burden, like.
“My parameter often slides a little to the left when I see you.”
Fixed.
They’d just tell me that Scott is good with Microsoft Word and to ask him about it.
I thought that’s what a forum is for. To discuss, exchange ideas, just putting it out there. Sometimes it’s outlandish, most often is pure nonsense and speculation. But, that’s why we have a forum. What’s worse? A dead forum with no conversations or discussions? What’s the point then?
The only thing I wish when we have such open discussions is that participants treat each other with respect, and agree to disagree. I agree with you if people don’t like what’s going on in a thread, leave that thread. And start another thread and decide how one wants to direct that conversation.
I was obviously right.
That prototype that popped up was just a red herring.
GoneVerk.
What does parameter even mean?
A different kind of meter? Like a foot? Is a parameter actually just 2.5 feet?
Does that mean an Octatrack scene can be measured up to a mile long?
Suddenly parameter slide sounds a lot more fun! A slide that’s a mile long?
Weeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!
Edit: this thread has driven me insane.
I guess I won’t be invited to your launch party and should definitely avoid the car park any time soon!
Looking forward to Overbridge and to a refined version of Tonverk! Maybe some Syntakt updates too? That would be nice!
@Elektron is going to get flagged for being off topic.

I thought it was witty since it is a Nordic crime series about a Swedish bridge…
Which was remade into a bad American series about Mexican drug cartels IIRC.
Have you thought of ringing on people’s doorbells and spreading the good news about the lord’s Tonverk?
Now I want an Elektron Off-Piste
Octatrack owners will be piste-off.
