do you mean the having different modulation type lanes? We have note and plock already right?

- Can we have the NOTE option on TRIG to tune samples, like on the SINGLE PLAYER, so that itās easier to work with tonal samples on Subtracks. Presently the field is blanked out
- Individual FX sends for the subtracks, Iāll give this a +ā, itās really required
- The ability to parameter lock FX values to TRIGs for each individual subtrack
Supertrack:
- If we had those individual FX sends and the ability to lock FX values to TRIGs on subtracks, this would probably not be requiredā¦

Subtracks notes triggers the 8 subtracks, not tune. Proof in Step Edit mode, or using arp, external midi.
FX Inserts are common to all subtracks, ability to plock FX per subtrack isnāt crucial. Supertrack make sense. On the contrary I wish it could be used as control all, override all parameters with plocks and holding Func or Track to control all subtracks.
Independent FX per subtrack? Iām not sure TV can handle that tbh. That means 8 x 8 x 2 = up to 128 effects for audio tracks, plus busses, sends and master.
I often have this same response when I see request ā¦ part of me thinks āyes , itās a request thread ā and part of me tries to consider what I assume are constraints of features ( such as how subtracks are basically a big hack on 8 note per machine restriction )
Iād hope thereās some more development on subtracks but I also assume there are massive restrictions on how it can be squeezed into 8 individual sequencers with big compromises.
But ideal world , itās all 8 independent tracks with fx , note , etc.
Yes, Iād imagine you are right. That might be too big a wish. Would be nice, as many have requested, that individual FX sends be available. Perhaps the send levels could be plocked to TRIGs, which would be helpful.
Sorry, I mean having a NOTE parameter on the TRIG menu page of the SUBTRACK. Presently tuning has to be performed via the SRC menu for each of the 8 available sample slots. The SINGLE PLAYER has this. Would simply be nice to have a similar (that word again) UIā¦

The freeze doesnāt work like a proper beat repeat for incoming audio. It will be very welcome for improvising beats. And actually be able to reverse the audio too. This. And Degrader will make the machine supper unique. Also a way of seeing the master level for proper mixing is a big help. Also on the Single Machine if we could have multiple layers treated as a single sample for processing and resampling layered drums.The subtrack Supertrack needs to be fixed so that the samples donāt stop playing when you Plock retriggering and it should revert the Plock to the original position. This Plock behavior needs to change whe Plocking FX on sequences. The Ability to rout subtracks to separate bus just to be able to affect certa Drums. And also Awesome work on the Tonverk itās becoming the MPC killer By the minute I just got rid of mine.

Yes, I see what you mean, but there is only one fixed note per subtrack, so it seems logical to me. It would be a very particular exception to add a note that tune sample without corresponding to actual noteā¦
You should argue with Elektron instead. 
Please report snapping values problem: I can bet with you they will say it is a feature requestā¦
As I said FX inserts are common to all subtracks, so soundwise, being able to plock fx parameters wouldnāt differ from plocking Supertrack, eventually create conflicts if you plock 8 different values on the same step, for the same parameterā¦
Not a chance to get 2 fx inserts per subtrack.
There is a chance to have fx send per subtrackā¦finger crossed.

I used a looped single cycle wave on 1 subtrack today, and wished to plock different pitches across the sequencer. Itās possible with the pitch tuning in SCR (bug: the tuning values are not displayed) but having the NOTE parameter would be better. Unsure why itās not available.
Iāve raised a ticket with Elektron regarding the SCR bug and probably take up the snapping issue with them as well. Every Elektron device I have has different valuesā¦ There is no consistency. It took no more than 10 minutes to go through and check them all on Tonverk, cannot imagine changing the values in the SW for consistent behaviour is a big job.
Yes, FX sends looks like our best hope.

I reported it maybe 2 times, unacceptable.
But once again, I donāt consider it as a bug !
For me a bug is something intended that doesnāt work. The tuning issue is something that hasnāt been finished, because on some Tonverk machines waveform is displayed instead of actual tuning value.
They do care about consistency, but of course for now Overbridge is the priority.
I do care a lot about musical snapping values, really important in workflow / live. So donāt hesitate to report it, as a bug or FR whateverā¦
It should be reworked on ALL Elektrons. Many parameters donāt snap to relevant values.
I guess everyone has its own priorities considering consistency, personally my emergency would be a basic Midi Config like ALL other Electrons, to set channels as I want and BANG ! Wall of sound controlling 8 track with 1 bus trackā¦midi loopback orgy with arps.
Just asking assignable midi channelsā¦as an emergency.
Iām pretty sure Iāve posted before about just giving me 4 LFOs that do whatever, instead of 2 normal and 2 FX, but also, and I donāt know how Iām just noticing this today, please give me 2 MOD envelopes per track.

Torso s4 about modulation is out of this world, be able to modulate all settings like parameter locks do with just one lfo is the next step for elektron.
