Unfortunately I got so frustrated that I decided to return my Tonverk now that I still have the chance to do so. So I won’t be able to check anymore. I’m keeping Tonverk in mind for the future as I loved the workflow, but the stability was too big of an issue. DT2 is on the way here now instead. Thanks for all the help!
Transform behaviour is inconsistent between different transform types.
In grid recording mode, when a subtrack is selected, Transform Velocity functions are applied only to the selected subtrack. But Transform Placement functions are applied to all subtracks.
Hi guys - posted on this before but can’t find it or the replies …
My project saves are taking 3-4 minutes and its a total ball ache . im on 1.3.3
I logged a ticket with Elektron and my project has only samples loaded for 1 subtrack, 7 or so for 2 wavefinder tracks and a multi bass patch. I do have a lot patterns as I copy paste as I go to save track progress but removing those didn’t help
BTW could someone also post a superior SD card that could save time on project saves vs the stock card? Or is this not the right way to think about it
Has anyone experienced weird arp behavior when moving in song mode from a track with arp on to one without arp? I got this anomoly with some unprogrammed arp playing even if you mute everything. Only solution is to turn it on and off (cause the pattern never had it on to begin with!)
Weird. It sounded really good though so it helped me finish my track hhaa
have you parameter locked it ‘off’ on the ‘next’ pattern within the song ?
maybe it’ll have an impact .
as for sd card info - theres a separate thread devoted to that. probably best to go there . it includes details of read/write speeds and if it would even make any difference getting a faster card .
Long length trigs longer than “arp” pattern ?
Eventually plock it Off and the end of arp pattern, and On at the beginning…
Anyone had issues saving sounds?
I can’t save my presets, no matter which source is on the track
Not had that but let’s try the usual thing, it might give it a jiggle in the brain dept ( though you’ve probably tried it )
Save project
Turn off
Turn on
Load project
Try again ?
In your video, you’re trying to save as an instrument, not as a preset. The manual says only multi player and subtracks can currently be saved as instrument.
Hmmm… pretty limiting. is any workaround available?
There is no need for a workaround, you just save your Wavefinder settings as a preset since it cannot be saved as instrument.
The manual says an instrument is similar to a preset except it also includes sample level, loop length, tune and play mode.
You need to save as a preset, not an instrument
thanks, will do this way ![]()
I had my first crashes! yeepee!!
Running a 2 track of 32 length on 120bpm pattern with:
Track 1: a subtrack, FX1: Dirtshaper/FX2: Comb-Filter + LFO FX1: detune, LFO FX2: mix
Track 8: a Multi / arp: On, Mode Down, Speed 1/8, Range 1, N.Len 1/32 + Chord: On, Scale Blues, Shape 1-3-5-7, FX1: Sat. Delay/FX2: Phase98
Makes the TV silent with ping pong sequencer =) then a message to turn TV Off/On

TV standalone, no USB / Midi in ?
Probably that, TV doesn’t like blues. ![]()
non nothing connected
Subtrack Tuning:
- On SRC I can turn dial A and the tune value appears, but if I hold a TRIG, then try to set the tune, then it disappears. All I’m left with is the (-1 . . . 0 . . . 1) indicator moving, which is not useful.
i’ve seen this problem when i worked on my Angine de Poitrine cover ![]()
Anyway couldn’t take it anymore, I cracked! Sometimes I thought it was just my old brain but finally realised it was the machine…
