Easily fast enough.
(and with a decent range of adjustment down in the millisecond ranges, too)
Edit: There’s a thread on this synth here, I just put a video with some stabby sounds in it…
Edit2: In fact, they’re probably too fast for the “ambient” people. Maximum attack time is four or five seconds. You can use the joystick to do it manually though.
