Man, I was JUST realizing with this one that it’s like animation, bringing something to life, for me.
I think it’s easier for me to sustain a small life force over 30 or 40 seconds, after that I’m kind of lost!
Not in terms of production ideas, but in regards to how to keep the potency in the music.

Yeah, making them arc over the whole track is a whole different skill, of which I’m sure you’re totally capable of. Even if you have your doubts about it, as we all do
I’ve had an idea.
I’m going to spend time outdoors with things in nature that have the same kind of dense, active feeling that I get from some of my music, like under a hive or in a storm or whatever, and listen to how nature plays out over time.
