Does anyone know how to do such a sound on an A4 Mk2

It´s kind of like an air organ and sounds like modulating the waveform, but I have no real clue how to do it, except for the envelope. Short but mild attack, mild decay and a little sustain
To me this sounds like simple 1 oscillator saw/pulse with opening lowpass filter and heavy chorus/flanger type modulation on top. Also the whole low-mid area seems to be scooped out.

Yeah, its so acoustik sounding.
