4 years infront of drummachines, and ableton and I stumble across this … http://typedrummer.com/
holy shit guys … I just randomly type in stuff and press random keys on my A4 and it makes my MD and AR sit quietly in the corner, in shame , in disbelieve
hey tillamatic … sweeeet rythm you created there … i really cant believe, how somebody could program that, and it would sound so fucking well… you basically need zero skill for that…
that really puzzles me… years of ableton trial and error… 2 years with MD (plus the rest of the family … ) I this app sounds W A Y better than me on the drum machines …
i am shaking my head! … even emailed the programmer, he replied, cool dude …
somebody please fill me in, why i am so bad, but this app is so wicked. … I want the “formula”
I mean, there’s no real secret here. It’s just samples played in a sequence. Sounds like 8th notes (8 notes to a bar), whereas the Elektron gear usually deals in 16th notes. I think what helps is the selection of samples they chose to use.
Interesting thing happens here when I have that open in one tab in safari, and then go back to another tab. It starts playing with 1/8th note swing! No kidding.

yes it does skip things around a bit. i think it’s mainly/probably due to how the browser deals with the different tabs.
try and have the tab on its own, it should fix things up

I like it.
I was tabbing back and forth making my own jazzy remix.
