Just checking in. How’s everybody doing? I’ve been pretty consistent with four sessions a week, 10-14km, for the past year, with the odd recovery phase here and there. Also, I’ve tried running in the dark with a headlight. I probably looked even more like a complete twat than I usually do, but it felt great to go out at 5 in the morning, chilly air, not a lot of people out and about, even though I got a bit paranoid a few times, b/c it was pitch black around me.
