…he really got me for second…ha…was sooo ready for a rant…this guy speaks of the perfect kik drum and starts to search for the right sample…???..he must be kidding…and YES!, actually he was… really really funny guy…
Yeah I turned it off after about 12 seconds thinking “fuck that shit”. Then I realised it was probably a joke and watched the whole thing.
Pretty funny.

I use Kick 2 from Sonic Acedemy, its a very nice Kickdrum synthesizer, flexibe And Tempest, allows for relative exact pitch. I tend to search endlessly for percussion samples. I dont know how many claps /snare/ hats i switch up while creating a track. When i am at the end of the sample list, i buy another sample pack - or use sononym to check wether i find a better one, which is still in key. I find drum processing very hard task. I should get better at layering & eqing samples.
