For a while I had been hearing about this magical pre that makes your Bass thump nicely. Sushi Box Underground Accelerator. Saw the hand wired edition and risked it.

Anyways, its the best! Expensive but ive been surprised at how versatile it is… It has 4 in/6 out, phantom power in 1 and 2. Audio interface, and has tons of excellent stereo reverbs, delays, chorus.
It works great to do guitar, vocals, and stereo fx loop for my synths all at same time.
I used the capture tech to capture vocal strips from plugins and they are flat out awesome!
The newest update brings in 2 fx the forum knows well, microcosm and oto bam. Fun!

I’ve had the J. Mascis for over a year now. It’s my only electric but it’s been fantastic so far. Still have everything stock. Hopefully you get just as much enjoyment out of yours!

I hear you. I’m just not a fan of gold. I picked up the white squire jazzmaster and put a black pickguard on it and am pleased for now. I’m going to put better electronics in it someday, but I’m saving up for the new baritone jaguar that’s about to drop. I’m a sucker for matching headstocks and it’ll match my MIJ jaguar HH.

Not fond of gold color either. Or I thought I wasn’t.
The pickguard might be a bit darker, in reality, like bronze more than truly golden. Well, I like it!

Fantastic guitar, I’ve had mine since they were first released maybe 15 years ago. It has my favorite Fender neck profile and the pickups have some great bite to them. It plays and sounds awesome. Congrats!

I laminated the “mint green” pick guard on one of mine with that stuff kids cover their school books with. Now it’s black and it sounds way better too.
