It is. I am not sure if I want to rewatch the movie. I saw it very long ago, before I knew the author and red the book. I didnât like the adaptation of Never Let Me Go. And I will not watch The Buried Giant - it was my first Ishiguro book, I love it and I donât believe that Guillermo del Toro can do anything good with it.

That wasnât really my intention, more to use it as a way to quote both Kraft and Oreo musing on making it a real thing as a result â especially given the in-jokes on here about mayonnaise. Sorry.
Iâve somehow never watched a film adaptation of an Ishiguro novel, now that you mention it. And I agree del Toro seems like an odd choice for The Buried Giant.
It does have the word âBuriedâ in it though.
