The Launchpad in the background is just decoration.
what’s the red and blue synth?
Betting it’s a Rings clone…
Simmons SDS-3 clone
it looks more rectangular than any launchpad… and i doubt theyd promote another company product…
if i were going modular, i’d have bought the mutable stuff … luckily for my bank account i havent, and vcv rack is enough to scratch that itch.
update - theres a video for ‘STEPS’ is that another new one ?
They used a real Keystep in several videos quite a while back.
But that’s why i asked. They seem to be dropping hints in this video.
As mentioned above, the SDS-3 is still to be released. The Enigma and the VCS3 are also prominent “To Be Announced” products.
At one time Behringer had a Launchpad like product, the TC64 but that is now “Legacy” and no longer made.
ADDED : I realize i need to be careful with terminology. Perhaps instead of “To Be Announced”, i should have just written “To Be Released” !
Enigma and VCS3 are likely going to be an instant buy for me!
I have a model 1 SYNTRX, but the B clone of VCS-3 could be a fun pair for it. I wonder what corners they’ve cut to bring the price down?
STEPS ( Stages ) was new released in January.
I wonder if they will have a go at ripping off the Labyrinth.
Well they’re at 3/5 already so don’t see why they’d stop now
Oh wow, did not know of the original but just watched some youtube videos. What a great way to make mono synth stereo. Sounds really gnarly
I was curious what is stereo about this: the odd numbered filters go to the left output, the others go to the right.
Yeah, Starsky Carr demos well the original midi box with Grandmother on Youtube.
Really hope that Behringer implements the sequence editing on PC.
I was assuming this had editing … it’s got usb c and the synthtribe app has seq editing for various synths
But I’m not very familiar with this pedal … I guess we’ll know more when it’s officially announced
Officially released now. Yes, it offers editing.
