Ok - THAT’s pretty impressive in terms of power supply 
Also a great decision to go with a larger and faster SD-card. 
I am also using the FX quite a lot (cloud reverb and delay are pretty decent) -
and you have plenty of channels to send fx to. Also sidechain compression.
Maybe the point, where I am going to remove two Happy Nerding FX-aid and a Knobula Kickain…

Don’t forget to shoot a line to audio parasites to see what they’re charging, if they have them in stock. They put photos on their Facebook page (account not required). Shipping is from Australia. I’m not sure if that’s better or worse, to UK.
So it turned up today, fitted to case- totally dead! Tried a different cases, tried different cables, nada- DOA! Very disappointing, especially as it looks like Signal Sounds don’t have another to replace it with! I couldn’t find another in stock in the UK…

Panic over, I double checked - I had googled the A100 case supply before buying and it was more than enough…for new cases! A couple of mine (the 2 I tried!) were old models and didn’t cut it (early cases needed an extra module for 5V)- I tried it out it in a newer of my cases and bingo- now just need to re-shuffle everything!
I was just about to type the same… requires two connections for power.
Happened to me too on my first install!

He He, yes, serves me right for dismissing all of your warnings about power! It works in 2 of the 4 cases I have, turns out my older A100 cases didn’t even have 5V (and now I think about it I used to have a little MI module that plugged in to my rail to give me 5V on my first case…)
Fortunately the newer ones do have the 4000ma on 5V so its all good (I turned the brightness down to 80%!)
All looking good, new card in with 1.5.1 installed…just need to think about where its going now as I always had fx/output top right- maybe bottom left now or maybe in the middle so its equal distance from everything.
Tuner/Oscilloscope very handy to be able to switch between 12 inputs, I like you can just press the tools button to toggle between tuner and oscilloscope, a real bonus utility. Will try the multi-output with PC and PUSH later, a bit of module reshuffling first!
I have mine set at 20%. Just be careful never to go below 5-10%.

Looking for some advice.
It looks like the bluebox has class compliant audio but I can’t figure out if it’s in both directions.
I’m trying to hook it up to an interface with class compliant audio and use it to multitrack record a 30 minute long session.
Anyone using it this way? Is this off the table for blackbox?
I need to get a replacement power cable for my bluebox. Besides the one sold by 1010 Music, is there a cheap one that works that I can buy on Amazon? Thanks.
I bought mine used and it came with a preposterously long (nearly 20’) USB-B cable, which worked fine for power. It was seriously ridiculous.
thanks well I was hoping more retailers like Perfect Circuit would carry the actual $10 cable made by 1010 Music.
You’ve never really heard the full spectral range of the 1010 Bluebox until you power it with one of these cables.

I got them vintage cables that came with an '02 HP Printer… crunchy.
I just updated the firmware to latest version 1.5.2 and like the new sidechain, tuner, and spectral analyzer tools. Good stuff. I am on the fence to sell it since I already have a TX-6 as small mixer and would prefer a larger mixer like the new Intellijel Jellymix or Boredbrain Xcelon.
