I make a song every week for WeeklyBeats and this weeks was Syntakt-only (plus vocals, VT-4 for the formant shifting in the bridge)

Could I have multi-tracked into somthing and done more specific adjustments? Yes!

Did I just record into my phone and just do some quick levels in Resolve because I was lazy? Also yes!

I don’t have a ST currently. Does anyone know if the ‘transient’ parameter on BD Classic is the same as the DN2’s transient param?

Not the same PCM transients (DN 2 has 50-75 for kicks and snares, ST has ~4 kick transients), but the same general idea, to the best of my recollection. The BD and SD Acoustic machines also include PCM transients.

Similar idea but there’s a limited number (four I think) and you set the volume in the same control.

Microtonal Syntakt fun.

Some random patterns in my Syntakt. All straight from the ST.

Nice Thankyou!

I’m happy to share an album in which Syntakt plays a leading role - it’s on the cover and appears in several tracks (2, 3, 4). Most of tracks is made with HW - Digitakt, Korg Radias, Novation BS2, Waldorf Pulse 2, pedals and FX, then mastered in DAW.
About music: chthonic soundscapes, outsider electro, and monotonous illbient.
