Do you like or have you tried Thai desserts? There is a Thai grocery store not far from me that makes a bunch of them and today I bought this one that’s black sticky rice with some custard on top. WOW. This stuff is amazing. Took me a minute to realize that it tastes a bit like Cap’n Crunch! I’m not going to bother trying to make it but I found a recipe that is posted below. Another good thing about these Thai desserts is that none that I have tried had any gluten in them if that’s a concern…or cholesterol from what I can gather.
