I got a Rytm that needed the LCD swapped due to burn in or at least that’s what it looked like.
Called the LA office and got a person who transferred me to a repair tech who emailed me immediately after we got off the phone and then, when I was working and didn’t get back to him in a few days, he emailed me again and asked if I still needed the repair.
Not sure if you guys are using the US/LA office or a different support center, but my experience was pretty much the opposite of what you guys/gals are describing.
