I am running out of inputs on my Octatrack, and wanted to know if any of you are using the Tempest in mono only, and how your experience doing that is?
I figured it might be and idea, although it might not be optimal. On the other hand – the old beatles recordings feature the drums on one channel, and other instruments on other channels, so it is not a new phenomenon I guess…
Gimme some input if ya got one!
