Syntakt Level/Data Knob push function unreliable

Hi all,

Received a Syntakt today.

The push to click function in menus from the Data/Level knob seems unreliable. Its perfect when pushing to access the Sound menu for example from the main screen, triggers ever time without fail. However in anything that is a actual menu (like the aforementioned Sound menu or the Filter submenu functions) sometimes when I push to select an option/item it will not do anything and requires a second push.

Getting a sense of deja vue here as I posted about a similar issue years ago with a Digitone: Digitone Level/Data Knob issues?

Try it in test mode.

If it’s faulty then send it back.

So I ran the test mode and clicked the pot 100 times and it triggered 100% so its not a mechanical issue it seems ?

I usually use the “yes” button.

Pushing knobs is awkward at best.
