Donāt know if this was mentioned already but I have a strange behavior on my ST 1.40: when P-locking conditional trigs, the TRIG page button doesnāt light up in red as it usually does when holding P-locked trigs. All the other parameters of the TRIG page behave as expected (eg. note, length, etc), but not the top right Condition parameter. Is this intentional?
Has anyone had the issue of twinshot tracks going dead, im pretty sure its only one track and only one per pattern, when i switch between patterns the same track number works then when i switch back its still deadā¦power cycling usually helps this but not alwaysā¦hmmm
Could it be that one is reversed (like -XX)?
Nope as far as i know i went through every possible setting, power cycling usually helps but have to unplug from mains to let the caps drain and that seems to be the only fix

The only thing i can think of is the euclidean sequencer it may only be on those tracks Iāll check

midi cc missing for filter pan on fx track in the manual (assuming there is one ???)
manual missing filter pan from lfo destination list . (it is in the list on the device)

M1Rretrig doesnt take into account swing setting ?
eg
i make a track with 1/16 trigs of hi hats and i can hear the swing
If i then press a retrig button set to 1/16 its sounds normal (50%)
M4Mod - if i set it to Delay send , i dont get any ādelay sentā of any value unless TRIG is turned on . Same with Reverb send.
the idea being i can punch in deley send without triggering the actual sound.
Pleased to report 1.40A ports my tunes correctly on all tests so far. Thank you Elektron team!

Iāve been experiencing a weird behavior today, the syntakt doesnāt pass on any audio unless the sequencer is playing, no sound from manual triggers and no sound from the external in either. Iām on the latest version and the test mode showed no errors
check if track select is silent / on ,ā¦if its silent , pressing the trigs wont trigger the audio ā¦(but this does allow you to change tracks silently , which is good) .
and i thinkā¦ if youve clicked stop twice (making the syntakt stop / silent) it may need a sounds to trigger to reinitial the external inputs going through the audio engine.
combine this with ātrack select silentā ā¦ and it wont trigger the audio to start againā¦ hence the ext audio might not be heard.
just an idea.

track select is set to normal, iāve just tested pressing play and stop while playing a synth through the syntakt and sound is cut instantly when i stop the sequencer.
Itās as if every time i stop i get the panic mute effect without double pressing
time to try a brand new project ā¦ see if it continues to happen .
something might be weird in the project.
tried resetting the unit and now i can only ear crackling sounds when playing factory patterns

headphones, i turned it off for a few minutes and sound came back but as soon as i double clicked the stop button now iām stuck again with the initial problem, audio is cut even when iām not double clicking, really weird
I was listening cracking noises on all my old projects

Updated yesterday to latest OS 1.40A
Canāt retrace every step now but roughly:
- Cleared an old pattern
- Tried setting up a sound on a digital track using BD Modern
- Pulled up Sound Browser looking for presets, however Sound Pool comes up instead?
- Canāt exit it, also unresponsive Stop, Play or Record buttons (it was stuck in step record mode)
- Had to switch off the device for it to stop playing
- Worked fine afterwards and Sound Browser behaved normally
