I should have gotten a MD SPS-1 MKI a few years ago that it was going for around 600€.
But anyway, it’s around the 1000€ now 2nd hand and I’m wondering since Elektron fucked up with the pricing of Syntact, should I go for the MD? I make techno but more of the experimental kind with weird kicks/snares/cymbals so I’m mainly interested about the sound design possibilities of each device. And no I don’t care about “modern” sounds. That’s just a hype.
