I’ve used other threads like ‘Sample Worthy’, ‘Your Setups’, and ‘Listening to Lately’ for videos that aren’t quite any of those.

Videos about the musical process, about others studio tours, artists in other mediums talking about their process which could inspire me as a musician…

Homeless videos that are cool or informative but just don’t have a proper home. Please join in! I only ask that you give a brief description of what prompted you to post it.

Here is a video (I cross posted in the field recorder thread). I found this very interesting for the man’s story while at NPR, got even better when discussing his field recordings, and ended with a little gear geekery. Enjoy!

EBTV - I love seeing other peoples studios. Not too much gear, I like the vibe of her spot. I like those big synth racks everyone has. I could definitely hangout and jam there if I weren’t such a hack…

…my saying, my doing, since almost a decade now…studiocontainers are a great solution…

one call, a few hundred bux and all that’s changing is the location of ur whole studio and the view out of ur window…

a huge flightcase around all ur flightcases…

aaaand when it comes to homeless tutorials…

this, is one of the most helpful ones i could imagine…a must watch for every bedroom producer out there…
