I went over to elektron.se to submit a support ticket but cant seem to make an account, it asks for an email adress but after that nothing else happens, is there an elektron style trick to joining or is it broken?.
Scratch that it sent an email with a password, a quick “an email has been sent to your account” would have been helpfull.
Well I managed to work my way through the detailed list of problems I have, got to the end to submit and apparently my serial number is incorrect, I have checked it many times and Its the only one I have, does anyone have any suggestions as I am getting a bit pissed off going to the effort of doing elektrons work for them only to get nowhere because the system is awkward.

It starts AOS, i tried both o and 0, the others can not be mixed up.
Well I got an email reply but I think it must have been automated as it just said to create a support ticket. I dont know, maybe its possible to create a support ticket without giving the serial number but its probably a compulsary part of the form.
