I just got a Digitone today and Im trying to figure out how to record sequences on the Digitone, in Overbridge with an external midi controller. Im able to have full control over playing with a midi controller, I can switch tracks, use the mod wheel etc. When I hit record I get nothing… This is the case with both my Keystep 37 and my Prophet Rev2. Im able to record sequences with a midi controller no problem, if it is hard wired and not running through OB.
Do you have overbridge mode enabled in the settings of the Digitone?

I know with OB out of the equation you need to send MIDI to the auto channel in order to record it to the track. It might be the same when using OB. I never did use it much when I had my A4 and DN. I seem to recall still having to send MIDI to the device to record notes in it even when using OB. Could be wrong though.
